Become a Vendor

Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at Hampden Park Co-op. We are always interested in learning about products that align with our values, serve our neighborhood, and meet the needs of our shoppers.

To help us review your product efficiently, please prepare a complete New Vendor Packet before submitting.

Here’s what you’ll need:

  • Vendor contact information, including email address and phone number

  • Actual product samples with product UPCs

  • Ingredient lists and nutritional information

  • Delivered cost to Hampden Park Co-op

  • Distributor information, if applicable

  • Proof of product certifications, such as Certified Organic, Non-GMO Project Verified, Fair Trade Certified, or other relevant certifications

  • For all direct-store-delivery vendors: a Certificate of Insurance showing a minimum $1 million General Liability Policy and listing Hampden Park Co-op as an additional insured is required before orders for approved products are placed.
